Job Description

The salary range for this position is $60,000-75,000.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Content Manager to work with of one of our partners - a leading global beauty brand. Reporting to our Senior Social Content Director, the Social Content Producer, will embody our client's tone of voice through online conversations and make recommendations , while adhering to established protocols for moderation. You will also work with brand partners to address sensitive or controversial topics brief creators and makers for social outputs.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage active audience engagement on social platforms, getting involved in relevant conversations with a view to increasing engagement, encouraging interaction and creating communities.
  • Report feedback from users and escalating issues promptly.
  • Measure and capture data, trends, sentiments and reactions to content messaging formats across all communities.
  • Work with our internal creative, content, production teams and client partners to understand creator needs and build talent pools and contracts.
  • Work with the Production and Project Management team to ensure delivery of our projects in time and on budget.
  • Understand internal processes, including developing content briefs, building timing plans, content calendars, live working documents, and contracts.
  • Contribute to the development of the social media presence of our clients, helping grow reach and engagement for their social channels with excellent creative and strategy.
  • Work with our internal strategy, creative and analytics teams and our client partners to deliver always on social content and creator content.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of content calendars for organic assets, and creating copy with oversight from the team.
  • Work with social designers on the creation of assets.
  • Ensure you remain up to date with the new trends on social media and translate this to multiple clients in a reactive way.
  • Ensure best practices are followed on reporting and measurement to ensure commercial impact.
  • Understand and follow internal processes, including timing plans, content calendars, live working documents and wash up reports.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional industry experience.
  • 2+ years experience performing community management on behalf of a brand.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing creators on behalf of a brand.
  • Experience using Sprinklr for community management.
  • Experience building audiences and increasing engagement.
  • You'll have experience working with clients in the beauty sector
  • Someone who is comfortable talking with clients and talent alike.
  • Somebody who understands mainstream social media audiences, beauty and pop culture.
  • You'll have an excellent understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Must be a team player, and be able to wear different hats.
  • Experience contracting creators to develop content for social media: static assets, short and long-form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIPHY stickers, GIFs, and memes.
