The Content Manager is responsible for the content lifecycle of web properties we manage on behalf of our clients. From publishing on the web to site optimization, this position is critical to the content team framework.

You will be the CMS advocate amongst client and Jellyfish teams to implement content solutions for their site. You will have experience in content management systems (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, and Drupal), have familiarity with managing large-scale websites, and are eager to learn new CMS systems and technologies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain content across different CMS platforms
• Be the main contact for site-related questions and change requests
• Create publishing schedules and assess new content opportunities with team
• Plan for and deploy content changes, including the creation of new components and web pages, and positioning content/components on existing pages
• Implement changes to page layout and design
• Perform a broad range of daily content updates and support larger ongoing efforts, like redesigns, A/B testing, and personalization
• Provide technical support, offering solutions to roadblocks as they arise
• Work with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure content meets user needs and business goals
• Collaborate in a global, cross-channel environment (e.g., Paid Search, SEO, UX, CRO)

YOUR KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of CMS experience, specifically with Sitecore, WordPress, and Drupal
• Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills; ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Familiarity with UX, SEO, and SEM principles and methodologies
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming language
• Experience working in JIRA is a plus
