Reporting to Paid Search Director, the Paid Search Manager will take full accountability of the performance of paid search campaigns. These responsibilities are further broken down below:

• You'll implement campaigns on the different search engines (Google Ads, Bing, etc) focusing on revenue and profit growth, in addition to performing validation/audits.
• Identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
• Help develop Paid Search media strategies which address the objectives of the client and will enable us to achieve their goals.
• Work with internal and client service teams to assist in the smooth implementation of work.
• Work in collaboration with other media channels.
• Produce reports and studies that articulate the rationale for optimisation methodologies throughout campaigns.
• Manage relationships with clients and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.
• Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. e.g. account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation, analysis and, above all, strategic insights.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid search accounts.(Google Ads, Bing, etc)
• Google Ads Certifications (search, shopping, apps, display and video).
• GA4 knowledge.
• Desirable knowledge SA360, Apps ( ACE & ACI) or AppsFlyer.
• Numerate and articulate.
• Accountable and responsive.
