• Reporting to our Senior Paid Media Director, Regional Lead
• Optimize campaign performance across RTB platforms, striving to refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our advertisers
• Develop client insights, reporting and analysis to inform our client's strategies
• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
• Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum
• Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data
• Colaborate with Media Team to engage media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions

• Minimum of two years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment
• Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
• A strong passion for innovation
• Strong experience in numerical detail and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities
• Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands
• Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing
