Job Description

Reporting to our Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll find and attract top talent within the digital marketing industry to join Jellyfish, specifically within our Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic teams. You will work alongside the wider Talent Acquisition team and support the recruiting activity, specifically in Mexico and the US.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the individual teams at Jellyfish to pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates
  • Recruit for current vacancies and establish talent pools and develop pipelines for Jellyfish's growth plans
  • Build relationships with both passive and active candidates within the digital marketing sector across all of our specialist full-service capabilities such as: Paid Media, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative
  • Work on roles across US-LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, USA and additional markets)

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience working in a digital marketing recruitment role, either within a recruitment agency or as an internal recruiter
  • Experience recruiting for roles in Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic
  • Proficient using resourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Job boards and applicant tracking systems
  • Previous experience partnering with hiring managers across the full recruitment lifecycle, suggesting improvements to processes and new ways to find and engage top talent
  • Utilise data and insights to make strategic decisions to improve the recruitment process
  • Adapt strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances and changing priorities
