Job Description
The primary role of Project Management within our organisation is to efficiently fulfill client needs by overseeing project execution, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that our practitioners deliver their work on time, within budget, and in accordance with both quality standards and client objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in Creative Project Management/Integrated Production, with a minimum of three years of experience within the advertising/production field. They must demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of creative ideation, digital, social, and transcreation campaign production workflows and procedures. Collaborating closely with the Creative, Strategy, and Client Management teams, they will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring that all production channels are progressing as required. Their responsibilities will encompass managing scoping and briefing processes, as well as ensuring the seamless and punctual execution of projects through to their completion.
We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for splitting their focus equally between Production tasks and Digital Marketing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Lead project kickoff meetings to align team members on objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial adherence.
- Outline project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Plan, manage, and execute project activities, including documentation.
- Coordinate closely with multi-discipline teams, fostering collaboration.
- Ensure delivery compliance and uphold quality standards throughout projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal business units.
- Liaise with clients to understand needs and manage expectations.
- Identify and address potential project risks, devising contingency plans.
- Manage scope and change requests to avoid delays and cost overages
- Monitor project performance, KPIs report, and address issues
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.

- Capable of interpreting complex information and extending client campaign ideas into new formats.
- Proven experience in overseeing social campaigns, including collaboration with paid media and third-party agencies.
- Excellent knowledge of Digital/Print/OOH/DOOH/Social production workflows
- Understanding of production rates and the ability to assess, interrogate, and estimate complex production requests and RFP documents
- Good creative eye to understand the client’s overall campaign idea and how this can be extended into new formats and iterations
- Commercial proficiency in scoping integrated projects of varying scales and budgets, and retained accounts.
Advantageous
- Some degree of familiarity with the following would be preferred but is not mandatory:
- Proven experience working in advertising or fast-moving brand/marketing environments with localisation production work exposure (1 year minimum)
- Extensive experience in fast-paced media asset production account, overseeing all aspects of brief ingestion, project and resource planning, overseeing all asset production, asset delivery, and financials
- Previous involvement in the management of Paid Media projects
- Prior experience in overseeing Data Analytics projects
- Proficiency in the use of project management tools
Qualifications
- Minimally a bachelor's degree in any field of study is preferred.
- Minimally 2-3 years of working experience is much preferred.
