Job Description
We are searching for a Junior Release Manager who will be responsible for supporting the development of the release strategy program so to empower project team leaders to build compliant and quality projects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an important part of the release strategy program supporting project teams to successfully bring their products to market
- Monitor the project release queue providing proactive support to project team leaders as needed, ensuring blocking issues are escalated appropriately, and providing regular reports to the strategy team
- Ensure the specific release and go to market processes are followed and documented
- Provide tool support and training for project teams as required
- Keep the information portal up to date with relevant content and assist with the development of specific resources and training materials
- Maintain a productive relationship with key compliance and legal experts
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a release management or compliance role
- 3+ years’ experience in external facing, high impact project management roles
- Customer-centric approach with ability to anticipate and proactively meet customer needs
- Effective time-management and superior communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a large number of ongoing projects
- Self-motivated with ability to work with little supervision
- Functions effectively in ambiguous situations
