Jasper Therapeutics is a publicly listed company with a lead clinical-stage program that is a first-in- class and potentially breakthrough antibody to safely replace chemo-radiation as a conditioning agent for diseases for which hematopoietic cell transplants (HCT) of allogeneic or gene-modified cells are the only known curative therapy. These diseases include (but are not limited to) acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, rare genetic blood diseases such as primary immune deficiency diseases and hemoglobinopathies such as sickle cell disease. Position Summary

Responsible for developing and executing an investor relations strategy to effectively communicate Jasper’s value proposition, progress, status and plans to the investment community, to support the financial success of Jasper.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Jasper’s investor relations strategy
• Works with internal and external resources to ensure that a consistent corporate image is presented to analysts, institutional investors and individual shareholders
• Coordinates key investor events and analyst conferences, as well as pertinent follow-up
• Assists with the annual report and annual shareholders meeting
• Prepares market and competitive updates for executive staff
• Coordinates SEC filings and disclosures with internal and external resources to ensure timely submissions and public notifications
• Prepares investor presentations
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Responsibilities require a work schedule that may include travel and working outside of normal work hours, to meet business demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with 8+ years of experience, including experience in investor relations in or for a publicly held biotechnology company
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with the biotechnology investment community
• Ability to present company financial and operational information
• Lead preparation of materials for investor calls, including frequently asked questions/answers, presentations and press releases
• Strong oral/written communication skills and ability to work effectively and independently in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Must have strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and enthusiasm for investor relations
• Experienced user of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Self-motivated to look for ways to improve and promote quality.
