We are looking for a professional, dedicated, upbeat, and enthusiastic telemarketer to join our team.
You will be the first step in our sales process to connect with prospective clients. You will be responsible for conducting a minimum of 50 telephone conversations a day with small business owners and setting 14 or more appointments a week for our sales team. The best part is you don't need to qualify leads from prospect lists or manually dial the phone. Our state-of-the-art application, ConnectAndSell (C&S), is a sales platform, which consists of 5-10 reps simultaneously making calls to small businesses in our SalesForce database. Once the decision-maker is on the line, C&S seamlessly connects you to the business owner. From this point, utilizing our proven scripting, you will set a free, 30-minute consultation with one of our Outside Sales Reps to speak to the prospect about our unique approach to accounting, tax, and payroll services.
By thoroughly documenting your interactions within our SalesForce database, you will schedule the appointments, document your activity, and move the prospects through our sales process. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Outside Sales Rep, participating in weekly check-ins to ensure that sales goals are met and that the team has consistent and thorough communication.
Part-time, 4.5 hours a day (time is flexible)
Standard business hours - no evenings or weekends
Hourly base, plus incentive compensation
