Location: USA, California, San Jose - 95110
Job Description:
· 5+ years of consultative B2B selling experience in the Enterprise Software/Services environment specifically high-tech manufacturing, BFSI industry
· Hungry hunter mentality
· (Preferred) 3 years of SalesForce experience
· Proven track record of working in a fast-paced team-oriented, sales-driven environment
· Full life-cycle consultative sales experience, from first call to close, including technical demonstrations and independently leading needs analysis workshops with prospects
· History of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota of $3MM and more as a highly motivated individual
· Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through relationships
· Strong understanding of innovative technologies, preferably cloud technologies
· Strong relationship and history of working with Salesforce sales reps.
· Experience with Channel Management and the ability to manage channel partners
What You Will Be Doing
· Manage a full-lifecycle consultative sales process
· Cultivate leads by building relationships with Salesforce, and with other enterprise level decision-makers
· Assess a customer's process and technology challenges, internal capabilities to solve problems, and align them with solution offerings
· Demonstrate how our solution solves a customer's needs
· Leverage Salesforce religiously to manage your sales process including forecasting, collaborating with team members, tracking activity, and reporting on deal progression.
