Job Description
Make a difference by becoming part of the No. 1 protein snack manufacturer worldwide as Senior Brand Manager BiFi at Jack Link’s EMEA.
In this position, you will drive the BiFi brand strategy, activation and performance to deliver sustainable brand and commercial growth in the DACH region.
Our spacious and modern HQ is located in the vibrant Amsterdam, and includes a highly international team, with more than 25 different nationalities. Our EMEA team is committed to continuing its impressive EMEA expansion, one bite at a time, and becoming the regional leader in branded protein snacks.
This position is based in Dusseldorf and you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager DACH.
You will be responsible for:
- Co-develop annual marketing plans for the BiFi brand (focus on Germany) in accordance with the EMEA brand plans to achieve goals and to drive growth, identifying new marketing opportunities and promotional programs
- Develop and execute ideas to increase brand equity and brand awareness to achieve sustainable growth targets
- Maintain promotional plans for the brands, coordinating with the Operations department where applicable (e. g. promotional packaging etc.)
- Plan POS materials and coordinate logistics and order quantity
- Monitor ATL/BTL allocation, tracking spend structure e.g. for advertising, promotion, media and research agencies
- Benchmark and understand market best practices
- Initiate and coordinate qualitative and quantitative research
- Analyze and interpret market - and consumer information and based on the findings, make recommendations in the areas of communication and promotion
- Coordinate and cooperate with the Procurement department and design- and communication agencies regarding advertising, promotion, media and research
- Support Sales teams with supporting market-, brand- and product information
- Manage budgets within guidelines

Qualifications
EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company’s corporate language.
To succed in this position we are looking for someone who brings:
- Bachelor' Degree and/or Master’s Degree in BA, Marketing or similar field
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in Consumer Marketing within FMCG Internatioanl brands, with proven track record brand building.
- Experience in Consumer Research, Brand Analysis and Trade Marketing
- Experience in leading projects
- Strong market knowledge on German FMCG market (Retail and Out of Home)
- Entrepreneurial thinker, creative marketer, Customer focused and result driven
- Action oriented and able to influence others through clear and concise communication
- Highly self-motivated
- Fluent English and German is mandatory
