Job Description
Join the eCommerce team as the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our Retail Media strategy and execution to reach and engage our target audience across all brands and customers.
The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
- Strategize implement and optimize the Retail Media programs across the digital landscape to drive profitable sales and reach our target audience
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the internal team, agencies and external retailers, collaborating with stakeholders to identify new opportunities, develop strategies and design programs measured against goals and objectives.
- Manage agency relationships to drive results and optimize cost to serve
- Measure performance making key strategic insights, recommendations and specific action to accelerate business growth
- Leverage data to uncover nuanced insights to drive strategy. Manages reporting dashboards, synthesizes performance insights, and proactively communicates campaign success and business results to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, timely, and consistent manner.
- Stay current on trends and best practices to ensure online platforms and recommend enhancements & tools to ensure Jack Link’s is performing at maximum potential
- Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Oversee product merchandising across the variety of online customers such as Amazon, retailers to improve traffic, conversion rates and sales
- Define and develop new product offerings working with Marketing, Sales, and R&D
- Create & lead the implementation of the content strategy to optimize product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates including PIM management and syndication
- Champions positive working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and functions as the primary digital marketing contact and subject matter expert for internal sales and marketing teams and with vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing or related, or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
- 6+ Years experience with eCommerce, digital marketing, and agencies
- Marketing experience working with Amazon, Walmart Connect, Vendor Central, and Luminate
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry (CPG)
- Demonstrated ability to drive product sales online
- Strong knowledge of search engines, digital media and user experience including strategic and tactical knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and running media campaigns
- Translating sales/retailer requests into actionable programs to drive meaningful business results
- Ability to build annual plans and budgets
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of the eCommerce retail landscape, merchandising opportunities and marketing strategies
- Passion for identifying consumer insights with the ability to translate insights into business opportunities
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment and initiate new processes/ideas to address opportunities
- Capable of building strong cross-functional relationships with proven ability to influence with integrity—ability to speak to and engage across varying levels in the organization
- Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem-solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with demonstrated ability to negotiate.
