Position

We are looking for a hands-on and structured Accounts Receivable Analyst EMEA to join our growing team, positioned within the Finance Team and reporting to the Team Lead AR EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Creation of reports on the status of off-invoices (marketing, services, advertising measures, penalties)
• Reporting to the Claims Resolution Manager on the status of off-invoice claims and rejections
• Handling of off-invoices after approval by Key Account Management
• Communicate with the Claim Coordination Team and the Collections Team
• Adjustment of corresponding provisions in SAP
• Creation and posting of credit notes and clearing of items

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience
• Hands-on experience with processing claims
• Experience with SAP FICO
• Fluency in English, proficiency in Dutch
• Good knowledge of VAT regulations in relation to processing customer receivables/credit notes would be desirable       
• Skilled in Excel
