Job Description

Position

We are looking for a service-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant EMEA to join our growing team, positioned within the Marketing Team and reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA.

Objective

You support the Marketing Director and the extended Marketing Team (20 members) with administrative, and content support tasks. You contribute to the development of the Jack Link’s culture and business performance by enabling the marketing team members to perform their tasks in the most efficient and effective way.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Office Management/Event Management
  • Basic Marketing knowledge
  • Fluent in English
  • Speaking and understanding Dutch
  • Willing/able to work from at the office in Amsterdam 3-4 days per week
  • Good knowledge of and experience with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Events Planning and Delivery: Contribute to small marketing and brands specific events
  • Content Creation: Collate information for use in developing content and format materials for media
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Provide support for advertising and promotion
  • Merchandise Management: Design, contracts and agreements
  • Product Management: Samples, prototype development and product testing
  • Provide administrative support, management of the marketing budget, planning of meetings and activities, organize workshops
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing reports, research and designs
