Job Description

The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Lead, coach, engage and professionally develop team members with a focus on developing functional, interpersonal, and leadership skills; Provide guidance on best practices, process, technology and industry trends;  Provide direct/indirect supervision to 2-3 Team Members (if leading others and not already stated in the JD Summary)
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs across all functions and sites
  • Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to understand business objectives and talent requirements, aligning talent acquisition initiatives with company strategy
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer
  • Influence and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process for timely placements while ensuring a positive candidate experience and Participate in the full cycle recruiting process
  • Be responsible for Campus program management, early talent retention initiatives and functional knowledge
  • Develop and leverage recruiting data and analytics to track and report on key metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve; work closely with HRIS and Power BI
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements across recruiting programs and implement changes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible
  • Lead the sourcing and contract approval for all third-party vendor relationships related to talent acquisition (ATS, relocation, early career/campus, background checks, drug screens); manage the selection, approval, and productivity of all vendor partnerships
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • BS in Human Resources, Business and or related field or equivalent work experience

Required Experience:     

  • 6 years of related experience, including 3+ years management experience with demonstrated growth leading initiatives, programs, and processes through full TA cycle program management
  • Min 3 years full cycle recruiting experience and experience implementing best practices
  • Develop and facilitate required talent acquisition training
  • Experience recruiting and designing attraction programs for production staff and front-line team members
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Skilled in identifying and measuring core KPIs, evaluating ROI and making incremental improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; must work effectively with all levels of leaders and team members
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies

Preferred:

  • Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Functional knowledge and use of Microsoft Power BI
  • ATS/operational deployment
  • Experience in creating and managing a budget

Travel may be required.
