Job Description

Position

We are looking for a service-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant & Office Manager EMEA to join our growing team, positioned within the Human Resources Team and reporting to the HR Business Partner.

Objective

You support the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team (5 members) with calendar management and travel arrangements. You contribute to the development of the Jack Link’s culture and business performance by making employees and visitors feel at home in the office, ensuring the office is in perfect state.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive calendar planning in Outlook, in charge of the Managing Director’s calendar
  • Personal assistant for the Executive Leadership Team (5 members)
  • Manage travel bookings for the ELT and external visitors
  • Organize small events and two yearly bigger off-site events, that support the Jack Link’s culture
  • Planning of in- and external meetings and activities
  • Administration of expenses for the ELT
  • Supervising general administrative tasks for the office and HR
  • Administration of invoices in SAP
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Act as a host for visitors
  • Organize lunches for the Amsterdam Team Members and external guests
  • Be the contact person for facility matters

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Office Management and as Personal Assistant
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizing and prioritizing skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Speaking and understanding Dutch
  • Willing/able to work from at the office 5 days per week
  • You have a proactive attitude and you are stress-resistant, assertive and accurate
  • Good knowledge of and experience with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • You have good time-management skills and are able to manage different tasks and (urgent) requests
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
