Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our Supply Chain Recruitment team to act as the recruiting partner for specific manufacturing locations.  The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle hourly production recruiting and to help execute our company’s business strategy at multiple plant locations. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manages recruiting cycle, as well as the candidate experience through sourcing, screening, interview, selection and offers. 
  • Continuously build relationships with hiring managers, Human Resources, candidates, and external community. 
  • Maintains knowledge of labor markets and identifies stream of prospective talent in anticipation of future talent needs. 
  • Seeks out and aligns talent needed by the businesses.
  • Sources candidates using a variety of channels including, employee referral program, direct sourcing efforts and job board postings.
  • Manage candidate record keeping and create sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Represents Jack Link’s at internal, community and recruitment events.  
  • Partner internally on larger strategic projects related to Talent Acquisition and its talent channels.

Qualifications

Required Experience-Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree or 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven ability to manage volume hourly hiring while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to travel by car approximately 15%

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior recruitment hourly production experience in manufacturing strongly desired
  • Bilingual skills preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree with 2 years full-life cycle recruiting experience or 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to manage volume hourly hiring while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • ATS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel by car approximately 15%
