Job Description

Come Run with Sasquatch as our Comp & Benefits Administrator to assist with the administration of all compensation and benefit programs, providing effective support in analyzing, planning, developing, benchmarking and executing the programs. 

Specifically as our Comp & Benefits Administrator, you will:

  • Assist in administering benefit and retirement plans, as well as key elements of base pay and incentive compensation programs.
  • Analyze employment and benefits data for accuracy
  • Act as the first point of contact for team members who have questions about their benefits and compensation
  • Execute annual benefit compliance requirements such as testing our 401(k)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of annual open enrollment across our US locations
  • Assist in creating materials to effectively communicate benefit and compensation programs, policies and practices using various tools and modes of communication. 
  • Develop and update benefit and compensation policies and procedures to support the local HR teams. 
  • Assist with leave of absence and disability claim administration
  • Assist in new hire orientation, communicating information about the company’s benefits and compensation packages and policies
  • Assist with ensuring successful integration file feeds between SAP and third-party vendors
  • Assist with compensation market studies , analyzing position matches, data and scope cuts
  • Assist with the completion of benefit and compensation survey submissions
  • Support compensation processes, including mid-year bonus payments and annual performance review, base pay increases, year-end bonus payments, etc.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following education, experiences and skills  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • PHR/SPHR Certification is highly preferred
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum three years Human Resources benefits and compensation experience including 401k and medical insurance experience
  • Working knowledge of ERISA laws, ACA, HSA, HIPAA, COBRA, and Section 125 Plans
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with systems and reporting.  SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to self-direct, be proactive and innovate
