Job Description

The Graphics Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Creative Services Teams by planning and coordinating executional activities to ensure projects are prioritized, scoped, scheduled, executed, and delivered on time. This position will manage multiple projects and be involved in shepherding projects through all phases of development. The Graphics Project Manager will constantly facilitate team communication and problem solving at every stage of project development. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate and facilitate schedules and details for multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner closely with the Creative Services Team, Marketing Team, and Cross-functional teams, and company vendors to support project execution as needed
  • Collect critical data and assist in clarifying project scope
  • Monitor and assess projects on a daily basis to ensure all projects and schedules are on track to meet deadlines
  • Proactively and consistently provide project stakeholders updates and meeting re-caps
  • Proof and process print materials to ensure they meet brand standards and outlined expectations

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, and/or a minimum of 5 years demonstrated in-field experience.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of knowledge in graphic design or print services industry

  • CPG industry experience is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office functionality

  • Experience with print production processes required, 3D CAD program experience a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.

  • Strong people and interpersonal skills.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent project management and time management skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner

  • 10-15% regional travel to off-site meetings will be required.

Preferred: Experience in consumer packaged goods.

This position can be located in Minneapolis, MN or Minong, WI.
