Job Description

Come Run with Sasquatch as our Procurement Analyst II! In this role you will drive excellence in execution of cross-functional company procurement initiatives by providing support to project managers and business leaders. 

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with corporate project managers and business leaders
  • Develop detailed procurement plans for component transitions and discontinuations using excel
  • Identify potential stock risks
  • Provide financial risk assessments for obsolescence
  • Coordinate transitions with corporate buyers and manufacturing plants
  • Coordinate transitions in compliance with regulatory guidance
  • Provide support to Sr. Procurement analyst

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, finance or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or finance role (preferably for a manufacturer of consumer products) using ERP systems.
  • Excellent Excel skills including report creation from large data sets and multiple data sources
  • SAP Material Planning experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong project management and time management skills
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Independent thinking
  • Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to be flexible as required and communicate cross functionally with internal partners
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced energetic environment
