Job Description

The Integration Analyst improves the efficiency of operating information systems and the quality, security, and integrity of data that a company shares with business partners by implementing, supporting, and maintaining Integration platform solutions. The Integration Analyst will lead and collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Technical Team & Business Process owners across the organization to formulate and maintain a cohesive implementation of the technical solution strategy. This position will own the execution of standards for the development for all integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Create the optimum technical solution in the context of the Jack Link’s environment, requirements, and financial resources
  • Work with the application team to develop & support both on-premise & cloud integration & error reporting solutions
  • Ensure a quality system design which provides good system performance, an effective human-machine interface, optimal operational cost, and flexibility for future change
  • Create, Maintain & version management of secure API’s using on-premise & cloud technologies
  • Use & examine current transformation technologies such as XML, JSON, CSV & SQL
  • Work with Business Trading Partners, Logistics Providers and Basis teams to define integration standards and coach the resources with SAP IDOC and PO capabilities.
  • Responsible for all SAP IDOC and PO related questions with strong understanding of SAP IDOC processing and should be able to debug IDOC error scenarios in SAP.
  • Translate Business Requirements into Technical solution by developing applications and deliver quality integration scenarios within timelines and adhering to enterprise system integration platforms technologies and standards.
  • Responsible for handling incidents and tickets causing service disruption in Jack Link’s PI/PO landscape and co-ordinate with other Jack Link’s IT Services teams if issue requires multiple teams'
  • Resolve all issues reported by Jack Link’s Business users and providing support/assistance to customers, 3PL & suppliers.
  • Deploy pro-active monitoring capabilities using SAP Solution Manager System Monitoring and Business Process Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis.
  • Develop new EDI maps and business processes to support new and enhanced business requirements, including analysis of EDI Trading Partner inquiries, troubleshooting errors, tracing data through EDI translation and applications systems
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or IT preferred.

Required Experience:

  • At least 5-7years years of SAP technical experience SAP PI/PO & API.
  • SAP PI 7.4-7.5 experience is preferred.
  • Experience using SAP PI/PO and/or other integration technologies.
  • Experience on integration adapters such as File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, and MAIL
  • Must have worked on 2-3 implementation projects developing & maintianing API’s
  • Troubleshooting knowledge in Mapping and Adapters connectivity issues
  • Familiar with NWA and administrative aspects
  • Hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and performance tuning of BPM, PI Integration and UI using Java & J2EE technologies.
  • Ability to integrate cloud applications with on premise applications and cloud with cloud.
  • Experience in BPM and BRM development.
  • Understanding of BPM/BRM API usage in the development process
  • Experience in PO B2B Add-On or Seeburger as an PI/PO Add-On.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application design patterns, EJB, JPA, SOA concepts, Net Weaver Java.
  • Experience as an integration analyst with SAP ECC, CRM, APO, BW/HANA.
  • Solid understanding of integration with SAP & non-SAP applications and integration approaches, methodologies and tools.
  • Good communication skills are a must with capability to drive requirement gathering workshops.

Preferred:

  • EDI development experience in Seeburger as an PI/PO adapter
  • ABAP development experience is preferred
  • Knowledge with NWDI and CTS+
  • Knowledge in IT and a strong interest in innovative technology.
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA oriented technical architecture and integrations (cloud and on-premise).
  • Knowledge and experience in technical estimation related to new dimensional products and offerings SAP and their impact on integration
