Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison for internal and external business partners to ensure our customers receive best in class customer service. The position will be responsible for a variety of customer transactions including customer order entry and management. This role will communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identify and implement service solutions and monitor progress using internal reporting to identify areas to improve our service to our customers. This role will require the individual to embrace continuous improvement efforts and work to enhance knowledge in key service areas.

  • Research customer inquiries and implement appropriate actions in a timely, positive and professional manner

  • Support adherence to company policies through education, guidance and persistence

  • Proactively provide resolutions to all concerns to maintain customer satisfaction

  • Analyze existing customer service processes for improvements

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external partners; written and verbal

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or up to 3 years of related business experience

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
