Job Description

Come run with Sasquatch as an IT Business Analyst to partner with business owners to identify business system opportunities and support existing applications. You will be recognized as a subject matter expert in our high-paced, team environment. This role is a great fit for someone who can manage relationships effectively with all levels inside and outside of the organization and make challenging decisions. Join our dynamic, fun IT team and collaborate closely with business and technical teams on multiple technologies.  

Specifically, you will: 

  • Establish strong strategic business partner relationships with all business functional areas.
  • Work with business partners to understand new business strategies and provide recommendations.
  • Provide functional support related to SAP implementations and various projects. 
  • Scope and plan Business Application Development projects that improve business processes.
  • Deliver projects within budget and on time within the specified scope defined by the Statement of Work.
  • Resolve complex business requirements
  • Assist in support and enhancement of our current SAP solutions
  • Define functional and technical specifications as required.
  • Perform system configuration in SAP.
  • Create and complete testing scenarios in specified business area.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following education, skills and experiences: 

  • BS Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of Business Application experience
  • At least 5 years of working experience implementing and supporting business process within your specialized business area and the interfaces required to applications within your business area.
  • Knowledge and experience with other SAP modules (PP-IP, MM, WM AND QM in addition to understanding Master Data) and/or other applications that are relevant to your business area.
  • Proficient with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Skillful in testing and documentation using accepted methodologies.
  • Capable of scoping, planning, and estimating projects.
  • Proficient in process and data modeling techniques and best practices.
  • Expert in defining detailed business requirements.
  • Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills.
  • Working knowledge of key business processes and the applications deployed to enable these processes.
  • Cross functional experience with other SAP business areas.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills and be able to explain and present to senior management within the business space the capabilities to enhance or streamline the current business processes.
  • Proficient with Project Management principles.
  • Understands current and emerging IT technologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable.
  • Travel required 20%
