The Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative (English & French), you are responsible for providing excellent service to all our customers. You will assist customers with sales, in-store pickups and returns as well as address customer issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions.

What you bring to the role:

  • Able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
