WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT  

Reporting to our Senior Enterprise Architect you will join a team of three Enterprise Architects and five Release Train Architects. You will be the main architect in our “Retail Excellence” Agile Release Train with 7 teams. Together with a Product Manager, Release Train Engineer and Test Manager you drive the agenda on delivering the right solutions at the right time to enable the JYSK strategy. 

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include: 

  • Ensuring technical governance and architectural roadmap within the ART. 
  • Collaboration and alignment with architects and solution specialists across the organisation. 
  • Creating solution designs within the domain of our retail and store operations. 
  • Guiding teams to the right solutions and being a visible sparring partner. 
  • Being a central sparring partner with external vendor on the POS system, being able to translate between tech and business.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING  

In your architect role you understand the importance of stability and performance in the daily work of a store employee. This will require you understand the importance of time to market in the business of retail. Furthermore, you can navigate and cater your dialogue to all levels in the organisation both in business and IT. 

We are looking for a new colleague who: 

  • Has experience from an architect position and possess good understanding of the architecture domains (business, data, application, technology). 
  • Are proactive, independent and naturally drives the architectural agenda. 
  • Takes initiative and achieves results which are aligned with the strategic prioritisation. 
  • Naturally creates results through others and are hands-on when needed. 
  • Has a curious and open mindset. 
  • Can translate business initiatives into architectural roadmap for ART. 
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills at all levels. 
  • Preferrable have experience from retail.
