Do you want to lead the development of retail tools used every day by more than 30,000 colleagues in JYSK stores worldwide? As Team Leader in our Retail Center of Excellence, you will play a central role in translating strategy into clear priorities and results. You will lead experienced Product Owners, work closely with stakeholders across countries, and help shape how retail operations are supported by IT.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Team Leader, you translate overall goals and strategies into clear priorities and focus areas for your team. You ensure that stakeholders are involved at the right time and that retail needs are transformed into high-quality solutions together with IT.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading and developing a team of Product Owners working with retail tools
- Securing continuous development and optimisation of retail tools, by exploring new trends, best practices internally/externally and dialogs with Store IT Vendors
- Ensuring skills, performance and well-being within the team
- Prioritizing and maintaining team backlogs together with your Product Owners
- Ensuring business requirements are clearly described before development
- Contributing to the yearly business plan and long-term retail strategy
- Acting as a strong link between Retail Operation and IT development

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
You are a structured and communicative leader who creates clarity and commitment. You combine a solid understanding of retail and IT development with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures and organisational levels.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has 3–5 years of leadership experience within IT development, preferably in retail
- has strong knowledge of retail tools such as POS, retail administration and workforce management
- is experienced in leading independent specialists or Product Owners
- communicates clearly with stakeholders across countries and organisational layers
- works in a structured, fact-based and goal-oriented way
- is comfortable working with tools such as JIRA, SAP and Microsoft Office
- is fluent in English
