Job Description
Are you curious about E-commerce, with a focus on omnichannel project coordination and customer experience? Are you detail-oriented, structured, and motivated to get things done and assist where your help is needed? If so, you might be our new Student Assistant in E-commerce & Omnichannel.
The position will be for approximately 8–12 hours per week, on-site.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In E-commerce & Omnichannel in JYSK, we deliver the more technical aspects of the digital and omnichannel shopping experience. In this role, you will assist with project coordination, consent management and maintenance, documentation updates, and other operational tasks.
Our communication is primarily in English and you can expect to work closely with the entire department, consisting of 40 dedicated international colleagues.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Project coordination of various tasks within E-commerce and Customer Experience
- Working with the activation of customer data within the customer data platform
- Explore and coordinate valuable customer journeys with the use of customer data
- Assist in campaign evaluation
- Assist in consent management and GDPR related tasks
- Cross-department coordination with e.g., marketing, purchasing, and sales
- Assistance on project management of larger projects and rollouts
- Coordination of tasks across 29 markets
- Ad hoc tasks

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree within E-commerce/E-business or a related field, with at least one year remaining
- A structured mindset and approach, with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- An open attitude towards undertaking a variety of tasks with different people
- A team player with a proactive attitude
