We are looking for a Business Controlling Manager to lead and develop our Commercial Business Controlling team. You will join a professional and international Finance department with colleagues who are ambitious, proactive, and committed to delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial- and business-insights that support data-driven decision-making across JYSK.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Business Controlling Manager, Commercial, you will lead a function that creates measurable value by combining your strong financial and business controlling expertise with a deep understanding of JYSK’s commercial operations.
In this role, you will manage the Commercial Business Controlling team and function, and you will act as a finance business partner to the EVP Purchasing and Sales.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- As manager for business controlling, you secure best practice within business controlling across commercial, head office and service functions
- Securing development of the business controlling team while fostering knowledge-sharing and strong collaboration
- With transparency and agility driving the finance agenda and business partnering towards JYSK commercial areas and other central functions
- Promoting a forward-looking approach, that builds on scenarios and analytic capabilities to support business decisions

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has experience working as a finance business partner, preferably within an international retail organisation
- Brings at least two to three years of management experience
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with EVP-level management
- Is result oriented, persistent, proactive, dynamic and possess a strong drive
- Has experience with SAP, SAP-BI, and SAC (an advantage)
- Holds a relevant academic background, such as an MSc in Finance and International Business, cand.oecon, cand.merc, or similar
