WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Coordination of technical tasks and bug fixing with relevant stakeholders, is a major part of the job. You will be the focal point for communication and coordination between the HR and the IT departments. Together with Business representatives and the IT Architect you will also work with improving the existing solutions.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Bug fixing and handling support tickets for HR and HR services area
- Configuration settings and content maintenance
- User administration - monitoring automated solutions and fixing bugs
- Coordination with the IT organisation to support the requirements from HR
- Optimising of the solution configurations to secure optimal usage of the systems
- General support across multiple IT systems in HR

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both IT and non-IT business areas
- Have experience with configuration in different systems
- Have the ability to address and resolve bugs in various systems
- Has knowledge of user integration and administration processes
- Have an interest in technology
- Are capable of performing your tasks effectively and independently, without being afraid of asking for advice when needed
- Have interest in HR services
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are good at communicating in English, good Danish skills will be regarded as an advantage
