IAM Architect

  • Full-time

Job Description

Are you excited by the opportunity to take ownership and shape the future of Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a fast-growing global retailer like JYSK?

Do you want to work with Managers, Product Owners, Specialists and other Architects to deliver seamless IAM solutions, ensuring the best user and authentication experience? If so, we want to hear from you!

JYSK is seeking an IAM Architect to drive our IAM strategy and collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure a secure, efficient, and user-friendly system.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
In this role, you will take ownership of designing and managing the IAM architecture for around 34,000 employees across 29 countries. Working with a small Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team, and in close collaboration with IT Server and IT Security, you will help set the direction for IAM in JYSK.

Furthermore, we offer you:

  • Sparring and feedback from skilled specialists across all levels of the organisation.
  • A chance to influence the demanding technical solutions.
  • A dynamic corporate culture with quick decision-making processes.
  • Professional and personal development opportunities.
  • A workplace in an international company focused on growth and development.
  • Focus on work-life balance and a healthy work environment with a relaxed and open-minded atmosphere

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
JYSK needs to ensure a smooth and consistent authentication process for our employees, from when they start using any device on any network until they access an application. As our new IAM Architect, you will create the roadmap for IAM at JYSK to support this goal.

You will collaborate with cross-functional specialists to assess the current system, identify gaps, and develop plans to address them. This applies to colleagues at Head Office, Distribution Centres, and stores, with a focus on IDP and SSO. As a large, fast-growing organisation, we need to improve coordination of our IAM efforts.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Leading and coordinating the technical design, implementation, and optimisation of the IAM environment, overseeing the technical activities delivered by internal and external team members.
  • Designing IAM architecture that balances security with a seamless user experience.
  • Providing strategic guidance on IAM initiatives, including identity management and access control.
  • Ensuring alignment between IT teams, IT security managers, and business representatives.
  • Investigating current IAM systems, identifying gaps, and creating action plans to address them, particularly in the areas like IDP and SSO.
