WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As a Test Manager at JYSK, you will be instrumental in driving test excellence across several agile teams. You will foster a culture of quality by implementing strong test methodologies and coaching teams to achieve a robust quality standard.


Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Coaching teams to embrace and implement the test strategy.
  • Ensuring quality assurance in collaboration with external suppliers.
  • Planning and estimating the testing effort of various test activities.
  • Monitoring and controlling test activities.
  • Conducting product risk assessments and determining the testing strategy.
  • Control the test process throughout the test life cycle
  • Setting up, maintaining, and reporting on quality metrics

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are building a “shift-left” quality culture to support our IT modernisation journey. You will play a key role in guiding teams towards establishing a strong quality assurance framework based on proven testing methodologies.

Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has a technical background to support test automation initiatives.
  • Has experience with supplier management in quality assurance.
  • Has led quality assurance across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup.
  • Can advice teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on quality assurance best practices.
  • Has excellent communication and motivation skills.
  • Is experienced in test methodologies and able to support test engineers and developers.
