WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As a Senior Test Manager at JYSK, you will be instrumental in driving test excellence across multiple agile teams. You will foster a culture of quality by implementing strong test methodologies and coaching teams to achieve a robust quality standard.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Coaching the teams in embracing and implementing the test strategy
  • Ensure a structured test approach by shifting left
  • Maintaining the test strategy and test life cycle
  • Plan and estimate the test effort of various test activities
  • Monitor and control test activities
  • Product risk assessment and strategy determination
  • Control the test process throughout the test life cycle
  • Set up, maintain and report on quality metrics

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are establishing a shift-left quality culture to support our IT modernisation. To achieve this, you should provide expert guidance and leadership in securing a robust quality assurance framework grounded in proven test methodologies.

Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has experience leading quality assurance across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup
  • Has the ability to advice teams and ARTs on quality assurance
  • Have excellent contact and motivation skills
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills
  • Have solid test methodology experience to support test engineers and developers
