WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Business Solution Specialist for Reliable Product Quality at JYSK, you will play a key role in helping our purchasing department optimise their compliance, product quality and sustainability process. You will collaborate closely with the compliance and quality department to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and then leverage your expertise to develop and implement effective solutions in cooperation with IT.
As an important link between business and IT, you will work closely with various stakeholders within an agile development framework.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Collaborating with the business to understand their needs and challenges related to compliance, product quality, and sustainability.
- Analysing business requirements and recommending tailored solutions that align with industry best practices
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance, product quality, and sustainability processes, solutions, and project status
- Testing the solutions created by IT
- Providing training and support to the business on best practices for compliance, product quality, and sustainability data maintenance
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to compliance, product quality, and sustainability solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on compliance, product quality, and sustainability solutions

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Holds a higher education degree, such as a bachelor’s or master’s in economics, business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Has proven experience in compliance and quality consulting, or a related role
- Is passionate about taking responsibility and developing IT solutions
- Can understand user needs and translate them into specific requirements for new IT solutions that provide business value
- Approaches tasks with thoroughness and structure while meeting deadlines
- Can maintain an overview of complex issues and is not afraid to engage in discussions with colleagues
- Is proficient in English, both written and spoken
