We are working on improving and expanding our digital plaforms for internal communications and task management to enhance teamwork across the business and simplify information delivery to our store staff about changes. Therefore, we are looking for at skilled consultant with experience within digital workplace and User Experience (UX) to make a real difference for colleagues across JYSK.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

  • Developing, optimising and maintaining JYSK‘s digital workplace platforms to ensure collaboration, easy access and self service for the business
  • Turning input from different functions of our business into effective digital solutions
  • Monitoring digital performance, and adjusting tasks and developments accordingly
  • Knowledge sharing and training, so all colleagues know how to use the different digital platforms
  • Exploring new tools and possibilities so our digital portfolio is always up to date
  • Troubleshooting in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Help desk admnistrative support regarding digital workplace and collaboration tools at JYSK
  • Ad hoc tasks

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has proven experience within digital workplace/UX from a similar position or student job
  • Has a proactive mindset, and the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward while also taking ownership of deadlines and deliveries
  • Has excellent understanding of MS365 collaboration tools
  • Has experience in creating impactful visual content (experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or InDesign will be considered a plus)
  • Has strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze digital data and adjust tasks based on digital performance
  • Can navigate working with different digital platforms, stakeholders and levels of priority at the same time
  • Speaks and writes English for professional use
