WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Support in the administrative recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, SEO optimizing job ads, sourcing candidates etc.
  • Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in employer branding to contribute innovative ideas and initiatives
  • Other different Employer Branding tasks like handle merchandise, newsletters for potential candidates, create and maintain content for the Head Office job and welcome sites
  • Work with Google Analytics to follow up on performance at the job and welcome site
  • Structure data and quarterly reporting on HR KPI’s
  • Super user in HR Recruitment/Employer branding relevant IT systems
  • Other ad hoc tasks

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has experience with employer branding e.g. creating personas, SOME and content from a marketing, HR, or a related field
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
  • Has experience with the administrative recruitment process or the interest to learn and develop these skills
  • Is detail oriented, structured and thrives with routine work as a part of your daily work
  • Is service minded and has a creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
  • Preferably has experience with SEO and Google Analytics
