WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

      •    support the organisation on a daily basis though professional and effective answer   and transfer of calls and e-mails and distribution of letters
      •    ensure good service towards customers, guests and other partners of JYSK
      •    make agreements with office suppliers, order office supplies and maintain office  equipment 
      •    organise accommodation and travelling for JYSK employees and guests from other countries
      •    administrate the meeting/training rooms and organise the service needed during a training/meeting
      •    assist in organising company events
      •    prepare periodical translations on request (letters, communication material, training material etc.)
      •    assist other departments or stores 

 

Qualifications

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a retail company
  • Planning and prioritizing in a busy day are something you are used to
  • You are fluent in English and Greek both oral and written
