As a result of a focused testing across multiple countries – we are now ready to take the next natural step in hiring a dedicated Tiktok Specialist. We are looking for a specialist tasked with the responsibility of both the organic and paid part across selected markets to begin with, and ultimately +28 countries.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
You will be part of a Media team consisting of 30+ people and more specifically part of our growing Social Media and Programmatic team which counts four people – and where you will report to the team lead. We offer you a “blank canvas” for succeeding on Tiktok.

You will be responsible for strategy, budgets, execution in Ads Manager, technical setups (pixels ect), creation of KPIs and analysing large amounts of data for performance evaluations. You will work closely with our Brand & Content team as they will be the ones to create the content – naturally you will have an interest in making sure the content is bespoke and performance focused. In short, a huge responsibility in making sure Tiktok has a continuous place in our media-mix.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Developing a clear direction for how to work with Tiktok both organic and paid
  • Develop a good corporation towards the Brand & Content team
  • Execution of organic and paid content across multiple countries
  • Bridge trends into commercial opportunities
  • Mid-flight insights and evaluation of performance.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Have experience in advertising on Tiktok - preferably combined with experience in advertising on Meta
  • Is proactive and understands how Tiktok works technically – pixels, attribution ect.
  • An interest in trends and knowing what is and isn’t relevant to our target group
  • Great stakeholder management skills due to corporation with various departments / countries within JYSK
  • Is structured and experienced in analysing data and performance
