    We are looking for an IT Procurement Specialist for the IT Procurement department to drive strategic IT sourcing activities.

    WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

    Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

    • Identifying suppliers/market scanning
    • Preparing RFx materials
    • Running tenders, including internal/external communication, workshops, clarification meetings, and negotiations
    • Consolidating and evaluating supplier responses
    • Preparing presentations and holding steering group meetings

     

    The IT tenders will primary be on enterprise business, security or operations solutions but can also be other services or large-scale hardware equipment.

     

    WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

    We are looking for a new colleague who:

    • Has 2-3 years of previous experience working with procurement projects, strategic sourcing, or similar, preferably in an international environment
    • Has the ability to work analytically and structured
    • Has a flair for data and financial understanding
    • Has good communication skills and a team-playing mindset
    • Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
    • Is a superuser in Excel and PowerPoint
