Then, you can be are our new colleague, Store Assembly Coordinator for Romania. You are going to be part of support department arranging the stores for Retail department. You will report to Ionut Luca, Store Concept Manager for Romania.

 What can you expect to be doing, day to day?

• You have the overall responsibility for coordinating and planning of all store openings activities in close cooperation with Store Concept Manager and Retail in the country.
• You are the primary contact person for Retail group regarding store openings
• You are responsible for carrying out all the projects during the store openings
• You are responsible person for documentation and reporting and for the training and coaching of own store opening team members
• You are following up on and being a daily manager for the store opening Team members

Therefore we seek a person having the following qualifications:

• Technical abilities 
• Fluent English (both written & verbal)
• Driving license it is a must due to travel activities
• Friendly and “customer first” oriented attitude
• Ability to organise own work, to communicate efficient, to prioritise workload to meet deadlines; Multitasking
• Ability to support the team and to motivate them, especially in the pick times
• Initiative, good team skills and flexible personality
• Positive, problem solving attitude
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
