WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
We have built a pragmatic framework based on the principles from SAFe, and you will be part of an Agile Team consisting of highly skilled, cross-functional colleagues. Your main responsibility is to ensure efficiency for your team and, at the same time promote, drive and inspire the organisation to adopt agile ways of working.

You will be the Scrum Master for Scrum Teams supporting HR within Employee Master Data and Workforce Management. The Team is not part of a scaled agile set-up, however supported by many of the processes, roles, artefacts and ceremonies.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Acting as a servant leader and lead the team to achieve its goals and follow up on progress and performance
  • Facilitating the team’s flow and improvement and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition
  • Preparing and facilitating the agile team events for reaching outcomes and ensuring participation
  • Representing the team at the ART level
  • Ensuring the team is staffed with the right competencies
  • Engaging in ongoing dialogue and feedback to the Agile Line Manager regarding team members’ contributions
  • Providing training and coaching in agile methods and mindset
  • Supporting the Product Owner in their effort to manage the backlog

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a self-starter who balances patience, pragmatism, and eagerness to make a difference in the continued journey of adopting more agile principles across IT development. The job will be challenging but also rewarding with a huge possibility to make a positive impact on JYSK as well as your own professional development.

Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has solid experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile role in combination with scaled agile practices
  • Has experience with leadership (project/delivery), matrix leadership or coaching
  • Is decisive and result-driven with the ability to react and adjust to changing conditions
  • Has excellent people and communication skills
  • Communicates fluently in English – ability to communicate in Danish is considered a plus
  • Has an education and certification as a Scrum Master or similar
  • Preferably has a master’s degree within IT or Business or similar
  • Preferably has experience from a large international organisation (retail experience is a plus)
  • Has experience with IT development (possibly with Java and/or SAP Solutions)
