WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Business Solution Specialist – Reliable product quality at JYSK, you will play a crucial role in helping our purchasing department optimize their compliance, product quality and sustainability process. You will work closely with the compliance and quality department to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and then leverage your expertise to develop and implement effective solutions in corporation with IT.

As an important link between business and IT, you will work closely with various stakeholders within an agile development framework.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Collaborating with the business to understand their compliance, product quality, and sustainability needs and challenges
• Analyzing the business requirements and recommending tailored solutions that align with industry best practices
• Maintaining accurate records of compliance, product quality, and sustainability processes, solutions, and project status
• Testing the solutions created by IT
• Providing training and support to the business on best practices for compliance, product quality, and sustainability data maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to compliance, product quality, and sustainability solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on compliance, product quality, and sustainability solutions

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has a higher education, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration, information technology, or a related field
• Has proven experience in compliance and quality consulting or a related role
• Is passionate about taking responsibility and developing IT solutions
• Can understand users' needs and translate them into specific requirements for new IT solutions that provide business value
• Is thorough and has a structured approach to work tasks but can also meet deadlines
• Can maintain an overview of complex issues and is not afraid to engage in discussions with colleagues
• Masters English in both writing and speaking
