We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our UX and Insights team, with a keen omnichannel focus for our E-commerce department at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As a manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of UX designers and a web analyst, and driving the development and implementation of user-centered design principles across many of our customer touchpoints, including web, mobile, POS, store applications, etc. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our users have seamless and consistent experiences across all channels, ultimately driving customer and end-user satisfaction and loyalty. In addition to overseeing the overall UX strategy, you will still have hands-on tasks optimising and refining the user experience across all 28 JYSK webshops.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Leading a team of UX designers and a web analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure the team’s success
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive omnichannel UX strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, customer service, and store applications
  • Conducting user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points and acting upon these findings
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members
  • Conducting usability testing and user feedback sessions to continuously improve the user experience
  • Providing regular reports and updates to the team and management

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has proven experience of at least 3-4 years in UX design, with a focus on omnichannel, preferably with experience as a team lead or manager
  • Has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Has experience working with cross-border e-commerce
  • Has a great overview and high attention to detail
  • Is fluent in English
