WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job will include that you:

  • Set the strategy and standards for Real Estate Energy and Asset Management
  • Define our energy sourcing approach in a dynamic market
  • Based on market insights, risk and spend analysis, set the priorities, and clear KPIs
  • Ensure, in collaboration with country management, that the teams are staffed with the right competencies – support the implementation of all related initiatives.
  • Define and roll out a state-of-the-art Facility Management setup, supporting our more than 3000 stores
  • Support the JYSK Sustainability targets, identifying the optimal solutions from both a commercial and footprint perspective
  • Be a part of the core team designing and implementing our ambitious digitisation strategy
  • Facilitate the team’s flow and improvement and create a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition
  • Meet the stakeholders with an accommodating and open approach
  • Provide training and coaching in agile methods and multi-cultural mindsets

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Have a solid experience within Real Estate Energy and Asset Management
  • Have a solid experience with negotiations and handling of contracts and preferably also facility management
  • Have experience with leadership (project/delivery), matrix leadership or coaching
  • Are decisive and result-driven with the ability to react and adjust to changing conditions
  • Preferably have experience from an international organisation
  • Preferably have retail experience or background
  • Have excellent people and communication skills and are able to communicate fluently in English
  • Experience with IT development would be considered as a plus
