WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

We offer you a highly professional environment with competent colleagues, in a fast-growing organization. You will enter a tailored project graduate program within Logistics IT, where you will work in an international environment within areas such as Project Management, Portfolio Management (incl. Scrum) and flow and process optimization in systems such as SAP and many other Business IT applications.

Your Graduate program will take you through different roles within the Logistics IT department. Here you will be involved in solving problems, coordinating tasks and initiating development using the Scrum methodology. You will be part of all phases from idea to final implementation, including managing your own projects.

The Graduate program lasts 18 months, after which you continue your career in a project function in JYSK, within an Agile, Project management or Specialist role.

You will be located at our distribution centre in Uldum, near Horsens. Travel activity is expected to be between 10-30 days per year.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

  • an educational background in either Cand.it (ITKO), Cand.Merc.it or other relevant education, that has provided you with methods/skills that makes you capable of working with flow-oriented issues from an IT system perspective
  • an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • work dedication, being result-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success in all aspects of your work
  • communication skills and have the ability to create cross-cultural relationships
  • the ability to quickly understand new IT applications and processes
  • fluent English skills, in both speech and writing
