Τhe  Sales and Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for preparing the JYSK campaign leaflets, ensuring that we have great offers for our customers.

If you want to have an essential role in our marketing activities by ensuring high quality of our leaflets, this is your opportunity!

Your daily tasks will be:

• You will translate and proofread all product information and texts regarding all marketing materials.
• You will continuously monitor and check data quality and make necessary corrections in internal IT systems and transfer data to SAP.
• You will update all store contact details and keep the organization up to date about changes.
• You will prepare new offers in our campaign leaflets and other promotions.
• You are able to work independently while following our well defined guidelines and concepts.

• You are good at planning and able to work with strict deadlines without compromising quality.
• You have the ability to work with different IT systems such as excel, word and willing to learn to work with new ones as well.

• You are able to express yourself fluently in English, both written and spoken.

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will have a direct reference to the Sales Manager in Denmark, and will work closely with the Sales and Marketing department and other support functions.

The job is based in Athens, but travelling activity within Greece and to Denmark should be expected.
