Job Description

We want to be ‘best in class’, and our ambition is to build the best webshop within retail - bridging online, customer service and stores, to offer a seamless customer experience. To help us succeed in this ambition we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who has a passion for global e-commerce and finds it exciting to help roll out new online features, optimize our 28 JYSK webshops and support new country openings in our e-commerce universe.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT 
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

  • Support and drive prioritized E-commerce projects
  • Ensure clear project scope, timeline, and documentation
  • Close cooperation with Product Owners and IT developers
  • Secure good structure, overview, and overall high quality in the projects
  • Involve stakeholders and keep them informed on a regular basis

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING 
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has at least 2-4 years of experience within project coordination, preferably from an international e-commerce role
  • Is able to maintain overall structure, quality and focus on the results – even in busy periods with numerous ongoing tasks
  • Has great overview and high attention to detail
  • Has good technical understanding
  • Show enthusiasm and is able to motivate and engage people
  • Is fluent in English
