In JYSK, we want to reach our customers with new solutions at a much greater speed than we do today. As a result, we are looking for an ambitious and high performing candidate to fulfil the role as a RTE in one of our value streams (Release Trains).

We have built our framework on the principles from SAFe and you will be part of a value stream management team consisting of a Product Manager, a RTA (IT Architect) and a RTE. In collaboration, it is your responsibility to ensure efficiency of the value stream and at the same time promote, drive and inspire the entire organisation to adopt agile ways of working.

As we are still developing our best practice in this area, we are looking for a self-starter who has a balancing patience, pragmatism, and eagerness to make a difference in the continued journey of adopting more agile principles across our IT development. WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

  • Facilitate the Value Stream (VS) to efficient delivery
  • Keep track of and help solve program impediments and escalate if necessary
  • Help the VS manage their progress by enabling transparency and flow
  • Help the teams and stakeholders prepare and align expectations before events
  • Coach and drive teams and customers in JYSK to adopt Agile way of working
  • Be a change ambassador who drives the learning culture and agile mindset in JYSK
  • Ensure the right capabilities are available in the VS in order to enable long term delivery capability
  • Work with portfolio management to agree on VS capacity and ensure program execution and operational excellence

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Have solid experience as a RTE or similar role in combination with scaled agile practices
  • Have experience with leadership, matrix leadership or coaching
  • Have experience with facilitation of program level processes
  • Are decisive and result-driven with the ability to react and adjust to changing conditions
  • Preferably have experience from a large international organisation
  • Preferably have a master’s degree within IT or Business or similar
  • Have excellent people and communication skills and communicate fluently in English – ability to communicate in Danish is considered a plus
  • Have an education and certification as a SAFe Scrum Master, RTE or similar would be considered a plus
