Job Description

  • Support the organization on a daily basis though professional and effective answer and transfer of calls, receipts of e-mails, letters for distribution, manage archiving of documents.
  • Ensure good service towards customers, guests and other partners of JYSK.
  • Administrate the company apartment, receive guests, and organize accommodation and travelling.
  • Administrate the meeting/training room and organize the service needed during a training/meeting.  Assist organizing Christmas Party and other company events.
  • Prepare periodical translations on request (letters, communication material etc.).
  • Ad hoc work in connection with optimizing operations on request from any department of DC.
  • Administration and follow up on own supplier responsibilities according to agreement.
  • Other activities such as scanning, printing, documentation management.
  • Overall car fleet management (~3 cars).

Qualifications

  • Secondary school 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office environment
  • Negotiation level English knowledge - written and verbal
  • Experienced user of MS Office
  • Proactive personality, strong communications skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to manage multitasking activities
