We have big Distribution Center in Bozhurishte, where the office is located, 46 stores in Bulgaria and are planning to be opened more in the coming years. JYSK Bulgaria is looking for HR Intern with possibilities for part time – (4-6 hours/day) or full time on contract.

The person will work in HR department and will be trained on all HR tasks from the decription, with potential for development and growth in the company.

Job Description

What you have to do day by day?

  • Recruitment responsibilities: posting the job, screening, phone interviews, establishing the final interviews and closing the job add
  • Follow-up the  job ads, post them on external sites, boost them and assist SMs and DMs; propose alternative channels for improve the number of applicants
  • Assist in the organization of trainings like – communication, printing materials, organising events, etc.
  • Translating and proof-reading materials for different kind of trainings – ex. online trainings, mini-manuals, presentations and etc.
  • Make hiring and exit interviews and provide report to direct manager
  • Help with EB activities – share ideas, support organisation, marketing materials, participate in activities and etc.
  • Help with organisation of all HR events, meeting and activities


  • Student in Human Resources or Organisational and work psychology
  • Passion for HR and willing to learn and develop in the field
  • Fluent English (both written & verbal)
  • Friendly and “customer first” oriented attitude
  • Ability to organize own work, to communicate efficient, to prioritize workload to meet deadlines; Multitasking
  • Result driven, but also people oriented
  • Out of the box thinking and open to accept other ideas
  • Initiative, good team skills and flexible personality
  • Positive, problem solving attitude and energetic
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
