The 2-year programme is tailored to you and will be influenced by your desire to develop your professional skills. Throughout the programme, you will be met with a steep learning curve and are responsible for your own learning, but will also receive support via structured planning, personal development plans and 1:1 mentoring.

As our new Graduate within SAP HCM, you will start a journey with the goal of mastering the SAP HCM system. The system is the source system of all employee master data within JYSK and a cornerstone of the IT landscape. SAP HCM will be your main area of responsibility, but also other HR and Salary applications will be within the area of responsibility. This covers areas like learning management, talent management and recruitment.

Your tasks will vary from routine-based tasks to stakeholder management, coordination, and communication to the business. The primary business partners are the Employee Master Data team and HR Digital Manager. As a SAP HCM Graduate you will build up deep knowledge with SAP HCM in order to support the forementioned business partners and eventually also challenge the business requirements because of your expertise within the system.

Your core department will be the 8 great colleagues sitting in IT HR & Identity Management, and you will work in a scrum team consisting of both IT and Business resources. The scrum team is responsible for all employee related applications, and we deliver value to 29 countries and more than 3.000 stores. You will be part of our SAP & Development department which is located at our Head Office in Aarhus.
